CasiPlus Terms and Conditions —
Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the CasiPlus platform — whether through a browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CasiPlus.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use CasiPlus. Continued use of any CasiPlus service after changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all CasiPlus services including sports betting (basketball, football, volleyball, and all other covered sports), live casino games, online bingo, the VIP Club programme, all promotional offers, and any other products made available through the CasiPlus platform.

To open and maintain a CasiPlus account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. CasiPlus strictly prohibits use by anyone under 21 years old in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of CasiPlus or any of its affiliated companies.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or terminated by CasiPlus for any reason.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that covers online gaming platforms.

CasiPlus may require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or other verification documents. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one CasiPlus account. Duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, CasiPlus reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify CasiPlus immediately at support@casiplus.net if any of your details change.

Your CasiPlus account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. CasiPlus will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the CasiPlus support team immediately.

CasiPlus reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to fair treatment obligations under applicable Philippine law.

The minimum deposit amount on CasiPlus is ₱100. All deposits must come from a payment source in your own name. CasiPlus does not accept third-party deposits — for example, you may not use another person's GCash account or bank card to fund your CasiPlus wallet.

Accepted deposit methods for Philippine members include:

• GCash (instant, minimum ₱100)
• Maya (instant, minimum ₱100)
• GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

CasiPlus does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside CasiPlus's control. Deposit processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya are instant for most transactions. CasiPlus reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

All CasiPlus funds are held in Philippine Peso (₱). If a deposit originates from a source in another currency, the conversion to PHP is handled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and CasiPlus is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on CasiPlus is ₱100. Before requesting any withdrawal, your CasiPlus account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the verification process is finalised.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the name on your verified CasiPlus account. CasiPlus does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

GCash and Maya withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Philippine business day depending on the recipient institution and the PESONet/InstaPay clearing cycle.

CasiPlus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than typical account activity, where there is a pending account review, or where the withdrawal is the first from a newly verified account.

CasiPlus offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to their specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all CasiPlus promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• The default wagering requirement for CasiPlus bonuses is 30× the bonus amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific promotion page.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Sports betting typically contributes 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Bingo contributions are stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• CasiPlus reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the cancellation of bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

CasiPlus VIP Club members benefit from weekly cashback on net losses. Cashback is calculated on real-money play only, excludes bonus-funded play, and is credited as a bonus subject to the standard wagering requirement unless the VIP tier's specific terms state otherwise. All bets and game rounds placed on CasiPlus are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or game action. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, stakes, and options before confirming a wager on CasiPlus.

CasiPlus sports betting is subject to the following general rules:

• Odds are quoted in decimal format by default and represent the total payout per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. CasiPlus is not responsible for delays between the platform and the live event that may affect in-play odds availability.
• For sports events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a defined period stated in the sport-specific rules.
• Minimum single sports bet on CasiPlus is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market, and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Live casino games on CasiPlus are provided by certified third-party game studios. All outcomes are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented by the dealer or displayed on screen. CasiPlus live casino games use certified random number generation and shuffle procedures where applicable.

Bingo games on CasiPlus are governed by the rules displayed in each bingo room. Ticket purchases are final once confirmed. CasiPlus reserves the right to cancel a bingo session before it begins due to technical reasons, in which case all ticket costs are refunded to member balances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CasiPlus and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to avoid a prior account suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details on CasiPlus.
• Collusion with other players in any CasiPlus game or competition to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with CasiPlus in an automated manner not sanctioned by CasiPlus.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds — known as "palpably wrong" prices — on CasiPlus. CasiPlus reserves the right to void bets placed on manifest errors.
• Attempting to reverse-withdraw funds already used in gaming activity.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through the CasiPlus platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harms, harasses, or abuses CasiPlus staff, third-party game providers, or other CasiPlus members.

CasiPlus actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where a violation is suspected, CasiPlus may temporarily freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. During a freeze, no deposits, withdrawals, or gaming activity will be permitted.

CasiPlus is committed to providing a gaming environment where members can play safely and within their means. Gaming should be entertainment — when it stops feeling that way, CasiPlus has tools to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all CasiPlus members through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications at customised intervals reminding you how long you've been playing on CasiPlus.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term block access to your CasiPlus account. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

CasiPlus collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and as described in the CasiPlus Privacy Policy. By registering on CasiPlus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

CasiPlus uses your personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. CasiPlus does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by CasiPlus, subject to legal and regulatory requirements that may require CasiPlus to retain certain records. Requests can be submitted to support@casiplus.net.

All content on the CasiPlus platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, odds data, game interfaces, and the CasiPlus name itself — is the property of CasiPlus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any CasiPlus content without prior written permission from CasiPlus. Your use of the platform is granted as a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for the purposes of gaming and account management only.

CasiPlus provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While CasiPlus makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, CasiPlus's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the affected transaction or, where no transaction is involved, ₱1,000. CasiPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

CasiPlus is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet outages, device failures, or browser incompatibilities outside CasiPlus's control.
• Delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.
• Decisions made based on odds, statistics, or information displayed on CasiPlus that contained errors subsequently corrected.

CasiPlus may suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where requested by relevant regulatory authorities, or where continued access poses a risk to CasiPlus or other members.

Where an account is closed for a violation, any balance derived from bonus funds or from activity that violated these terms may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the member's verified payment method after any pending investigations are resolved, subject to any applicable legal holds.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their CasiPlus account may do so by contacting support@casiplus.net. Account closure requests will be processed within five Philippine business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method.

CasiPlus reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CasiPlus will post a notice on the platform and, where practicable, notify members by email or SMS. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of CasiPlus after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using CasiPlus and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of CasiPlus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, members are encouraged to contact CasiPlus at support@casiplus.net to attempt resolution through the CasiPlus internal disputes process. CasiPlus aims to respond to formal complaints within five Philippine business days and resolve the matter within 30 calendar days where possible.
